Where can I find my purchased files?
Depending on how your order was placed and the access available for that purchase, your digital downloads may be available through your order email or the Downloads section of your Brushes Pack account.
Go to My Downloads- Order email: check the inbox for the email address used during checkout for your order and download information.
- Spam or Junk: if you cannot find the order email, check Spam, Junk, Promotions, or similar filtered folders.
- My Account: when the purchase is associated with an accessible account, available files may appear under My Account → Downloads.
- Guest checkout: if you purchased without an account, keep your order email because it may provide important purchase and download information.
- ZIP files: some digital products may be delivered inside a ZIP archive that needs to be extracted before the included files can be used.
