Refund & Return Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital assets, including brushes, templates, and add-ons for software like Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Because of the immediate, downloadable nature of our products, our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce stores.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

To protect the integrity of our digital catalog and prevent abuse, we do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want or need the product after downloading it.
• Software Incompatibility: Purchasing an asset for the wrong software (e.g., attempting to use a Procreate .brushset file in Adobe Illustrator). Software requirements are clearly stated on every product page.
• Lack of Expertise: Not knowing how to install or use the add-on. (However, we are always happy to help guide you through installation!).
• Failure to Read: Misunderstanding the product’s capabilities because the description or preview images were not reviewed prior to purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances (Eligible for Refund)

We stand by the quality of our tools. Refunds or replacements will be granted within 7 days of purchase strictly under the following conditions:

• Corrupted Files: The downloaded file is damaged or corrupted, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement file.
• Non-Delivery: You were charged, but the download link was never provided or sent to your email, and we cannot verify the delivery on our end.
• Duplicate Billing: You were accidentally charged more than once for the exact same transaction.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We request that you contact us directly to resolve any issues before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or filing a false dispute will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your BrushesPack account, revoking access to all past and future downloads.
