3. Digital Products – Important Consumer Notice
All Products are supplied as digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right is lost once digital content download or streaming begins, provided that:
- You expressly consent to immediate download.
- You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins.
By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right is waived. All digital Products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
