Quick Tip: Where is my download?
Once your payment is complete, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with your download links. We also immediately send an email with your download links to the address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder!
Purchasing & Downloading
How long do I have to download my files?
Once purchased, you have lifetime access to your files. You can log into your BrushesPack account at any time to re-download your brushes and add-ons from your Order History.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Software & Compatibility
Will these brushes work in my software?
It depends on the specific product. A Procreate .brushset file will only work in Procreate on an iPad. It will not open in Photoshop or Illustrator. Please carefully read the “Software Requirements” section on every product page before checking out to ensure it matches your setup.
How do I install Procreate brushes?
It’s easy! Download the file directly to your iPad (usually to your Files app). Locate the downloaded .brushset file and simply tap on it. It will automatically open Procreate and install the new brush pack at the top of your Brush Library.
Do I need a computer to unzip the files?
Most of our files are compressed into .zip folders for faster downloading. If you are on an iPad or iPhone, you can simply tap the .zip file in your Files app to uncompress it. On a Mac or PC, just double-click the file to extract your digital assets.
Licensing
Can I use these add-ons for commercial work?
Yes! All of our digital add-ons fall under the GPL (General Public License). You are completely free to use these tools to create personal artwork, client commissions, and commercial merchandise. However, you may not resell the raw brush files themselves.
