Actionable Feedback Policy
Your experience can help us identify product issues, improve website usability, understand customer needs, and make Brushes Pack more useful for digital creators.
What happened, where it happened, and what could be better.
Feedback is useful when it helps us understand a real customer need.
We welcome constructive input from customers and visitors. Not every suggestion can be implemented, but thoughtful feedback can help identify recurring issues, unclear information, usability problems, and opportunities to improve.
Why Brushes Pack collects feedback.
Brushes Pack provides digital creative resources for artists, designers, illustrators, and other creators. Customer feedback can provide valuable context about how our products, website, downloads, support information, and other services work in real-world situations.
This Actionable Feedback Policy explains how you can submit feedback, what information makes a submission more useful, how we may review it, and what you should expect after submitting an idea or suggestion.
This policy applies to general suggestions and improvement ideas. If you need help with an active order, missing download, payment, account, corrupted file, or another customer-support issue, please use our Contact Us page so your issue can be handled as a support request.

Feedback can help inform decisions, but submitting an idea does not guarantee implementation, a development timeline, compensation, or an individual response.
Submission
Your feedback is received through one of our available communication channels.
Assessment
Where appropriate, we may review the feedback for relevance, clarity, feasibility, customer impact, and recurring patterns.
Prioritization
Useful ideas may be considered alongside technical requirements, product priorities, customer needs, resources, and other factors.
Possible Action
Where appropriate, feedback may contribute to a correction, clarification, website change, product improvement, support update, or future idea.
What makes feedback actionable?
You do not need to write a long report. A few specific details can make a significant difference in helping us understand what you experienced.
- Identify the product or page. Include the product name, product URL, page URL, or feature you are discussing.
- Describe what happened. Explain the behavior, problem, confusion, or limitation as clearly as possible.
- Explain what you expected. Tell us what you thought should happen or what outcome would have been more useful.
- Include software details. For product feedback, provide the relevant application and version where possible.
- Include device information. For technical issues, device type, operating system, browser, or other environment details may help.
- Provide reproduction steps. If an issue occurs repeatedly, explain the steps that lead to it.
- Attach supporting evidence where appropriate. Screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages can help illustrate a problem.
- Suggest an improvement. If you have a preferred solution, workflow, feature, or wording change, tell us about it.
Specific feedback gives us more to work with.
“The watercolor brush becomes much darker when I layer strokes in Procreate. I am using Procreate version X on an iPad. I expected a softer transparent buildup. I have attached a screenshot showing the result.”
“This brush doesn’t work.”
Both comments communicate dissatisfaction, but the first provides enough context to better understand and investigate the experience.
Details that can help us understand the issue.
Different digital products depend on different applications, versions, operating systems, and file formats. Relevant technical details can make feedback considerably more useful.
Software & Version
For example: Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, After Effects, or another relevant application and version.
Device & Operating System
Include your device type and operating system when they may be relevant to the behavior you experienced.
File Type
Tell us whether the issue concerns a .brushset, .abr, .sut, ZIP archive, plugin, template, preset, or another file type where known.
Error Message
If software displays an error, include the exact wording or a screenshot when practical.
Product or Page URL
A direct link helps us identify the exact resource or website page your feedback concerns.
Steps to Reproduce
If the same problem can be repeated, tell us the actions you take before it occurs.
Every submission can be useful, but not every suggestion can become a feature.
Product decisions can depend on customer demand, technical feasibility, licensing, compatibility, security, resources, existing priorities, and many other considerations.
What we cannot guarantee.
- Guaranteed implementation: submitting a suggestion does not mean Brushes Pack will adopt or implement it.
- Guaranteed response: we may not be able to provide an individual response to every general suggestion.
- Fixed review deadlines: review times can vary depending on the type, urgency, complexity, and volume of feedback.
- Development timelines: consideration of an idea does not mean a release date or development schedule has been created.
- Individual customization: general feedback channels are not a guarantee of custom product development or personalized modifications.
- Third-party changes: we cannot control features, bugs, compatibility decisions, or development roadmaps of third-party applications.
- Requests that violate rights or rules: we will not intentionally implement requests that require unlawful activity, infringement, security abuse, or violation of applicable third-party rights or terms.
Critical feedback is welcome.
You do not need to agree with us or phrase every criticism positively. Clear criticism can be useful. We simply ask that submissions contain enough information to understand the issue and do not contain abusive, threatening, unlawful, or intentionally harmful material.
Specific Criticism
Tell us directly what did not work well and why. Negative feedback can still be highly useful when it contains context.
Alternative Ideas
If you think a page, product, feature, or process could work differently, explain the alternative you would prefer.
Recurring Problems
If you have experienced the same issue more than once, mention that. Recurring patterns can provide useful context.
Safe Communication
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card information, security codes, or other credentials in feedback submissions.
Feedback, privacy & personal information
When you submit feedback directly to Brushes Pack, we may process information you provide, such as your name, email address, product information, screenshots, technical information, and the content of your message, as necessary to receive, review, respond to, or act on the submission.
Please provide only information that is relevant to your feedback. Never send us your password, full payment-card number, card security code, or other account credentials.
If you submit feedback publicly through a social-media platform, your post may be visible according to that platform’s privacy settings and policies. Public social-media submissions should therefore not be treated as private correspondence.
For more information about how Brushes Pack handles personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of your existing work.
You should only submit material that you have the right to share. Please avoid sending confidential business information, unpublished proprietary assets, passwords, private client materials, or third-party content that you are not authorized to provide.
- Your existing intellectual property remains yours. Sending feedback does not by itself transfer ownership of your pre-existing copyrighted work to Brushes Pack.
- Ideas may be similar. We may already be considering, developing, or receiving similar suggestions from other customers or sources.
- No automatic compensation: submitting general feedback does not create an entitlement to payment, royalties, rewards, or other compensation.
- No guaranteed credit: we will not promise public attribution for every suggestion. If we specifically want to identify or credit you publicly, we can request appropriate permission.
- Do not submit confidential material: general feedback channels should not be used to send trade secrets or information you require us to hold under a special confidentiality agreement.
Describe the improvement rather than sending sensitive material.
For example, you can tell us that you would like better watercolor-brush filtering, clearer compatibility labels, improved product previews, or additional installation guidance without sending confidential client projects or private account credentials.
Common questions about submitting feedback.
What kind of feedback can I send to Brushes Pack?
You can share constructive feedback about products, product descriptions, website usability, search and navigation, downloads, compatibility information, customer experience, tutorials, FAQs, product requests, accessibility, and other potential improvements.
Where should I send feedback?
You can email [email protected] or use our Contact Us page. For detailed or private feedback, these channels are preferable to public social-media comments.
Will Brushes Pack respond to every suggestion?
Not necessarily. We may review feedback without providing an individual response, particularly for general ideas or suggestions. Customer-support issues requiring assistance should be submitted through our support channels with relevant order or product information.
How quickly will my feedback be reviewed?
Review times can vary. We do not promise a fixed review deadline for general feedback because timing may depend on the nature of the submission, complexity, urgency, and the volume of messages being handled.
Will my suggestion definitely be implemented?
No. Feedback can inform our decisions, but implementation depends on factors such as feasibility, customer value, product priorities, licensing, security, compatibility, and available resources.
Can I report a problem with a specific brush?
Yes. Include the exact product name or URL, the software you are using, relevant version information, what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot or error message when useful.
Can I request a new type of product?
Yes. Product and category suggestions are welcome. Explain what type of creative resource you are looking for, which software it is intended for, and how you expect to use it.
Can I suggest improvements to the Brushes Pack website?
Yes. Feedback about search, navigation, checkout, product pages, mobile usability, account areas, download workflows, accessibility, or other website experiences can be submitted through our normal feedback channels.
Can I send screenshots or videos?
Where the available contact method supports attachments, screenshots or recordings can be useful for explaining visual or technical issues. Please make sure attachments do not reveal passwords, full payment details, private client information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Is negative feedback allowed?
Yes. Critical feedback is welcome. Specific criticism that explains what happened and why the experience was unsatisfactory is often more useful than a general positive or negative statement.
Will my feedback be kept confidential?
Feedback sent privately to our support channels is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable operational requirements. However, you should not send trade secrets or information requiring a special confidentiality agreement. Feedback posted publicly on social media may be publicly visible.
Will I receive payment or a reward if my idea is used?
Submitting general feedback does not automatically create an entitlement to payment, royalties, rewards, discounts, free products, or other compensation.
Will I receive public credit if my suggestion is implemented?
Public credit is not guaranteed. If Brushes Pack wishes to publicly identify you in connection with particular feedback, we may request permission where appropriate.
What should I do if I need help with an order instead of giving feedback?
Use our Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase email, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue. This helps us treat the message as a customer-support request rather than a general suggestion.
What if I found a copyright issue?
Copyright complaints should not be submitted as ordinary product feedback. Please use our DMCA & Copyright Policy and provide the information requested there.
What if my feedback contains personal information?
Only provide information reasonably necessary for us to understand your submission. Please review the Brushes Pack Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled.
Have an idea that could make Brushes Pack more useful?
Tell us what you experienced, where it happened, and what you think could improve. Specific context gives us a better opportunity to understand your feedback.
For the most useful submission, include the product or page URL, relevant software or device details, a clear explanation, and supporting screenshots when appropriate.
