Why is the touchpad not sensitive enough?

It is recommended to set the trackpad as tap to click on the iPad Pro, the following steps are: Settings -> General -> Trackpad -> Tap to click.

What should we do if the Bluetooth connection fails?

We have 2 Magic Keyboards. If you buy our 720 Magic Keyboard, just press FN+C after turning on the switch, and then connect Bluetooth; if you buy another Magic Keyboard, just turn on the switch on the side and connect Bluetooth.
