Please Note:
1. For the iPhone 15 series and iPad, please download the special free app “Hi Pro” from the App Store when using it for the first time.
2. For Android and PC, it works directly, no app installation required.
3. The iPhone USB backup stick does not directly support Apple devices with Lightning connectors. Please use a Lightning connector adapter to support it.

4. The 128GB photo stick can be formatted on the iPhone, and the 256GB and 512GB photo sticks need to be formatted on the computer. If needed, please choose the standard exFAT format when formatting the iPhone photo stick. Do not format your Android phone in NTFS format, as the USB-C storage stick drive will not be recognized otherwise.
5. For poor contact, please ensure that the thickness of the phone case does not exceed 5mm. Please clean the connector of the iPhone storage device and the connector of the mobile device.
6. You cannot transfer iTunes music or other third-party apps to the Apple iPhone USB stick, as they are DRM protected (Digital Rights Management).
