Virtual Plein Air Experience

Plein Air (a french term for outdoor painting) is the art of painting the scenery around you, on site. It’s a relaxing way to spend some time outdoors. The beauty of the iPad is that you can take it anywhere, whether inside or outside. However, some days it’s just not possible yet you still want to have the experience. The Virtual Plein Air Watercolor Experience is a neat way to do that.

This set is offers a customizable simulated plein air experience with a mini color palette, reference image area and is available with both beachy and woodsy backgrounds…depending on your mood.

I’ve also included a fully layered Procreate practice template so you can work on your own technique using the included brushes. Be sure to watch the video to see the set in action.

Simply pop in your headphones, listen to some soothing beach sounds (or sounds of the forrest) and paint away!

HOW TO IMPORT PROCREATE BRUSHES, PAPER TEXTURES, COLOR PALETTES. Once you download the zipped file; unzip and double click on the brushset to automatically import into Procreate. The paper textures and color palettes work the same way.

FOR PROCREATE ONLY. You’ll need the latest of version of Procreate (5.2). Brushes are not suitable for other programs and applications.
