Finally, I am releasing my crunchy line art brushes! I use these for every drawing these days, be it to outline and then fill in big flat shapes or to doodle little flowers. The crunchiness and boldness of these liner brushes really adds so much character and fun to your artwork, and they still work with no to minimal gaps if you fill in the shapes! This is something I prioritized while making them, as I wanted it to be easy to use the fill tool in combination with these inky liner brushes!
(If you have trouble with the fill tool, you probably need to up the threshold by dropping your color where you want it, not releasing the pencil and dragging to the right to increase the threshold of the fill.) These brushes are also easy to work with and require little pressure to make an evenly opaque line, but still with lots of texture.
This set includes:
• 1 PDF including a link to download the brushes from Google Drive (they are too big for Etsy’s file size limits) and instructions on how to install.
• 12 brushes in total, consisting of 6 different texture varieties, meaning there is a pressure sensitive as well as monoline (always same thickness regardless of pressure) version of each brush.
